Ok, since noone posted anything ill share my knowledge about pve warr.
Ill put the list all best items that i think u should get for best dps, sockets and enchants that are best choice for best dps output.

Ok, sockets i use 10 hitr, 10 str, 10 crit, 5 str 5 crit. For meta i use 12 agility +3% crit dmg increase.
For enchants i use regular pve enchants, i can say only that i use mongoose and executioner for weapons as relevant.
Considering skill rotation i would say that u keep ap shout, rampage and SA all time, BT and WW everytime thay are not on CD and heroic strike whenever u have rage to use it, but with high hit r this can be used more than 80% of the time.
I think i said everything, with this gear i get around 1.5-1.6k dps with no buffs, with buffs/BL/totems/potions/food i get more than 2k dps(not everytime since im a bit laggy )
