i got ?S about guild respect and Graid leaders right's

hi there i want to ask if someone is graid leader , is he have right to kick someone only bcs he is want to take same class item like he did? bcs i got print screen of exactly this i got demoted for few things and i was wrong and i deserve it ? but isnt ruls about all in this guild ?
